Found a document that did not convert the way you expected? Want a converter we don't have yet? Email us — a real person reads every message.

Reporting a conversion problem

These details help us reproduce it quickly:

1. The converter page you used (copy the address from your browser).
2. A short sample that shows the problem — a few lines of Markdown, or a description of the file.
3. What you expected, and what you got instead.
4. Your browser (for example Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone).

Please do not send confidential documents. Our converters run entirely in your browser, so we never see your files — and we would rather not receive them by email either. A small, made-up sample that shows the same problem is perfect.

Before you write

• Each converter page has a Known limitations section — your issue may already be listed with a workaround.
• Syntax questions are usually answered in Learn Markdown or the Markdown cheat sheet.
• See what changed recently in the changelog, and how the site works on the About page.
